Caterina De' Medici era una grande donna a 360°, non solo ha saputo gestire il suo non facile ruolo di regina di Francia in un momento storico tutt'altro che facile, ma, inconsapevolmente, ha regalato al suo nuovo Paese, un bagalio di conoscenze culinarie che avrebbero gettato le fondamenta della cucina francese moderna.&lt;br /&gt;Dico questo perchè volevo proporvi un piatto che è stato portato in Francia proprio da Caterina : la zuppa di cipolle.&lt;br /&gt;Non farete mica le smorfie!!!!!!!........E' buonissima.&lt;br /&gt;La ricetta particolareggiata potete scaricarla andando su google e digitando "Prontocucina" come ho fatto io, è davvero valida. Anche se la ricetta non è mia vi posso dare un consiglio : lasciate molto brodo da parte da aggiungere nelle ciotoline nel momento in cui la servite, altrimenti è troppo asciutta. A me piace molto è un modo assai gradevole di gustare delle verdure che altrimenti non mangerei. I loro vini non sono così banali e ne offrono una gamma assai varia, infatti provengono da tanti posti diversi : Sardegna, Veneto, Sicilia per citarne solo alcuni e ovviamente la Toscana.
